Eaton-SAMC (Shanghai) Aircraft Conveyance System Manufacturing Co. Ltd. is a joint venture created by Shanghai Aircraft Manufacturing Co., Ltd. which is a subsidiary of Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China, Ltd, and Eaton (China) Investment Co., Ltd. which is a subsidiary of EATON Group. ESJV is mainly engaged in the design, development, integration, manufacturing, assembly, maintenance, test of and technical support for conveyance systems and components of commercial aircraft.  ESJV also provides MRO services including inspection, test, repair, maintenance, modification and overhaul of fuel, hydraulic and motion control systems of commercial aircraft and components.
